Walking conditions
  • The official language of our walks is English.
  • Group and Private Walks can be guided in Spanish, Dutch, German or French upon request.
  • Single travellers are very welcome on our tours! Instant booking is not possible.
  • Please contact us by mail or phone and we will directly help you with the reservation.
  • Kids (0-12) can join our tours for FREE. Take in consideration the distance, the content and the duration.
  • Our walks cover between 3-5 km distance which requires comfortable shoes and seasonal clothing.
  • We walk in rain and snow :). Only by extreme weather conditions there can be a cancellation of the tour.
  • An umbrella, sunscreen or a bottle of water might be handy during a walk
  • Unfortunately (unless it is a private, group or a customised walk) we can't wait or refund late arrivals.
  • Walk Rotterdam is not responsible in case of personal injury, damage, or losses during the walk.
Payment options
  • Payment methods available at checkout: Credit/Debit Card, Klarna, Bancontact, EPS, Link, Amazon Pay
  • Payment via digital Invoice
  • Payment via PayPal, SumUp, or ING payment request
  • Card or cash payment on-site (after the tour) — reservation via email required
  • Group and customised Walks can be booked with full payment, 40% prepayment, or an approved offer
Voucher
  • Walk Rotterdam Voucher is a prepaid tour ticket without fixed dates. It is a great gift idea.
  • Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the day of purchase and are issued per person upon request.
  • We offer Vouchers for all our tours. The prices and schedules are as with fixed date bookings.
  • The date of the tour is arranged and confirmed on request by Walk Rotterdam.
  • Vouchers can be cancelled if not used, within 4 weeks of purchase. 100% refund.
  • If tour dates are confirmed the cancellation policy of Walk Rotterdam applies.
Cancellation and refund
  • Early cancellation collect tours: up to 72h before a tour – 100% refund.
  • Late cancellation collect tours: between 72 up to 24h before a tour – 50% refund.
  • Cancellation in less than 24h before a collect tour – no refund.
  • Refund is arranged via Pay Pal.
  • For Group, Private and Customised Walks: Early cancellation up to 7 days before a tour – 100% refund
  • Late cancellation: between 7 days up to 48h before a tour – 50% refund.
  • Cancellation in less than 48h before a tour – no refund
  • Please contact us at info@walkrotterdam.com if you need to cancel your tour.
  • In case of extreme weather and storm, a walk can be cancelled or rearranged.
  • Walk Rotterdam will contact the participants and discuss the options.
