In which language are the walks?
Our walks are guided in English. Group and private walks can also be guided in Dutch, Spanish, German or French on request.
How do I book a walk?
Pick a walk on the walks page, choose your date and number of people, and pay securely online. You receive an instant confirmation by email. Single travellers are welcome too — just contact us and we'll arrange the reservation.
Where do the walks start?
Most walks start at Rotterdam Central Station, under the clock. The exact start and end point is shown on each walk's page.
Can children join?
Yes. Children aged 0–12 join our tours for free. Please keep the distance, content and duration in mind.
Do the walks go ahead in bad weather?
Yes, we walk in rain and snow. Only in extreme weather conditions may a tour be cancelled or rearranged.
Can you arrange a private or group walk?
Absolutely. All our signature walks can be booked as a private or group walk on request, fully customisable in route, language and starting time.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel 72 hours or more in advance for a full refund; 24–72 hours before for a 50% refund. See our terms and conditions for full details.
